Aarow did a great job cleaning my carpets. He removed lots of long term stains and left the carpets smelling great. He was responsive, helpful and turned up on time. Very happy with his professional service.

I have been using Claire for 7 months now. After going through many cleaners who were not up to scratch we finally found Claire. We like a VERY clean household, we hold very high standards and like attention to detail and Claire gives us an amazing clean every time. She is happy to do any task you ask of her unlike other cleaners who wont do the dishes or wipe down an external door. She is trustworthy, reliable and genuine!

Relentlessly cold calling my business weekly , told them many many times not to call but alas, it continues and has done for nearly 2 years.

Worst recruitment process, the recruites ever dont think they evee worked fifo or how hard it is ...calls you for an interview makes you line up with 70 others ..only to tell you that the job you applied for has no longer available and will contact you if it's available again.

I would not recommend. On many occasions I tried to politely say what was not being cleaned properly and what I expected/wanted to be cleaned. I booked a 3 hour service and it never lived up to what previous cleaners were able to do. Finally I was home at the time of the last cleaning day, and found that the cleaner came, spent less than an 1 hour, still did not do any items I had asked for. Pretty much just came, wiped a few things down, and left. I can do that myself, it's not why I pay for a cleaner. Seems to me it's all about booking as many clients in as possible and not doing the true time frame or making any true cleaning effort. Also does not help that cleaners do not speak English, so no cleaning list can be left, so if you want anything different done, impossible. Seems impossible to get what you want done in any case!
