Poor business management,dishonest vibes and only seemed to care after I cancelled after 2 reschedules and a no show appointment. Prices seemed reasonable if there service came to fruition though

The technician turned up 3 hours late. Cleaned my oven's racks in my kitchen sink and left a small mess around the sink and under the oven. The oven's roof was not cleaned. The gas hotplate was not cleaned until I complained and still the holes" under the gas plates were not cleaned. I do not recommend."

Our landlord was very pleased with the move out clean. If I could give Cleaners Currambine more than 5 stars, I would! I will definitely refer them to anyone who needs cleaning done.

After having my appointment time changed over a number of days and times, my oven cleaner finally arrived on Saturday Sept 11th at 4.00pm rather than Friday Sept 10th at 10.00am, then Friday at 12.00pm and Sunday at 10.00am.The young man in question was very impressive in his approach to his work and in his ability to communicate. So much so that I felt sorry for him when he ran into trouble and broke one of the connections that ignite the oven. He worked on it for more than 2 hours to no avail and I was actually supportive of him leaving it and offering to return the next day to repair with a new part.But not only did he not return but I had to chase him up to find out what was happening.He called me back pretty quick and asked if he could return on Thursday. Being aware that he was studying I agreed. But Thursday came and no sign of H. I called him and he admitted he had forgotten to contact me and could he come Friday. He arrived early on Friday spent a short time working on the oven and said he needed to get a technician to help him and this might take a few days. I said No as we had been without the oven for 6 days. He then assured me be would do his best to get the technician to come back later in the day.Around 4 00pm he arrived on his own, fixed the broken part and broke yet another part. Leaving he promised to get a technician to come tomorrow.This has been such a disappointing turn of events. Initially we were so impressed by him and his work and now we are left wondering if and when we might have a working oven.In my own mind I had decided to use Optima for many more jobs in my home. But now..... I guess I have to wait and see what happens next. When all is boiled down a lovely young man does not compensate for a broken oven. Watch this space....

We hired this company to do an end of lease clean for us as our tenants didn't do the job themselves. However this company took the money from our account and didn't do the full clean. I have photos of every area being dirty that was apparently cleaned.The company states it won't give a refund but you will continue to get a cleaner until you are satisfied. We've waited a week with 2 no shows from the cleaner. We've rang the company every day day and told they will call us back and we hear nothing. Who is supposed to live in a dirty place for a week with children. It's not acceptable. I've taken to clean the house myself as I'm fed up waiting for the situation to be rectified.Do not use this company they are highly unprofessional! It has to be illegal to take money for a job not completed. Would hate to see anyone else go through what we have.

Would hate to see anyone else go through what we hav.Update i am now 4 weeks in waiting for my house to be re cleaned and they are completly avaoiding calls or texts.I will be personally calling into the shop to get this sorted as this is the worst service and attempt of cleaning i have ever seen

I am absolutely impressed at the professionalism and service from the cleaners who complained our vacate clean.

Cleaning was effective. Cleaner was on time and communicated arrival and departure time with me. Also to informs me the hot water was off...Thanks.
